This section details 14 common specification transaction examples.

Each example provides the following:

  • Target Web Services Description Language (WSDL)
  • Operation
  • Available credential types
  • XML request
  • XML response
  • Required fields (if applicable)

All SymXchange requests require the following objects:

  • MessageID
  • Credential method
  • Device Information elements

There may be several ways to perform the requested examples. The listed operation is just one method.

Important: Requests using client numbers greater than 19 are unable to perform transactions that post a check.
