Viewing SymXchange Log Files – Enhanced

System Web Console > SymXchange Web Services – Enhanced > Viewing SymXchange Log Files – Enhanced

You can view SymXchange log file details from the System Web Console.

  • Log on to the System Web Console.
  • Click SymXchange > SymXchange Web Services – Enhanced.
  • The SymXchange Instances screen appears.
  • Click the Details icon to view your instance in Tile View.
  • Select the Logs tile.
  • Select a log file from the Select a Log File drop-down menu.
  • The log file details for your instance appear.
