SymXchange Web Services – Enhanced
This System Web Console option provides information about SymXchange instances for which the logged in user is authorized.
From this page, you can view a list of all SymXchange instances and their configuration status.
COLUMN NAME | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
SYM | The SYM the instance is provisioned for. |
Instance | The name of the instance for the SYM. |
Description | The description of the instance. |
Port | The web server port number. |
Provisioning | The provisioning status of the instance. If all required fields are completed, the instance will be marked complete. |
Running | This column notes whether completely provisioned instances are on or off host. If an instance is in progress, the column is blank. |
Running Info | The number of posters running and configured. This column also allows you to see if the instance is in memo mode and displays any IPC control |
Published Services | This column lists the count of published and configured services. This count is found at protocol://host:port/SymXchange. |
Actions | This column allows you to perform a specific action. The Create, Details, and Delete icons are available for users with Configure SymXchange permissions and are always visible on the screen. The Stop, Restart, Bounce , Off Host, and On Host icons are available for users with Manage SymXchange permissions. Users without this permission do not see these icons.Important: Permissions were added to the new default administrator role in Release 2018.01 that allow access to these actions. If you created a custom administrator role prior to 2018.01, you will need to add the new permissions to your custom role or assign the new standard administrator role. |
