We have announced that the JH Data Center connections are changing please see the JH Data Center Change page for more information.

The deadline for completing this configuration change is November 30th, 2025.

Symitar VIP Sandbox Server Maintenance Window: April 29th-30th

The vendor server (that houses any VIP Vendor development / test environments for Symitar, Quest, SymConnect and SymXchange) will be down for maintenance on Tuesday April 29th beginning at 5 AM Pacific / 8 AM Eastern. We anticipate that the server will be down for the entire day on April 29th and operational the next day, by 9 AM Pacific / 12 PM Eastern on Wednesday, April 30th. Any users logged into their test/development environments will be logged off at the beginning of the maintenance window. Any active jobs/processes running at the beginning of the maintenance window will also be terminated. Users will be unable to login during the maintenance window. This maintenance window will include an update to Service Pack 10 of the 2024.01 Release of the Symitar software.
