Symitar Sandbox Maintenance Windows

Symitar Sandbox Maintenance Windows

Overview

The FIN servers (that house any VIP/FIN Vendor development / test environments for Symitar, Quest, and SymXchange) will be down for maintenance on the following dates, beginning at approximately 8 AM Pacific time / 11 AM Eastern. During these maintenance windows – typically used for loading the latest Symitar core release or required AIX updates – the servers will be down for the entire day (unless otherwise noted) and should be available by 9 AM Pacific time the following day.

Any users logged into their test/development environments will be logged off at the beginning of the maintenance window. Any active jobs/processes running at the beginning of the maintenance window will also be terminated. Users will be unable to login during the maintenance window.
