Instant Payment Send

An Instant Payment Send is a payment originated by your organization and sending funds to an external account.

Instant Payment Send transactions may be sent from either a Virtual Account or a Deposit Account.

You may originate an Instant Payment Send to any of your existing virtual accounts. The payment will start in “Pending” status but will shortly transition to “Success”.

💡 Info

You may also originate an Instant Payment Send to one of your deposit accounts, however these account numbers are not listed in the UI and you will need to request them from support.jhorchestrator@jackhenry.com.

A list of external Routing Number and Account Number combinations may also be provided upon request by emailing support.jhorchestrator@jackhenry.com.

Testing with other Routing Number and Account Number combinations will result in the transaction failing.

The payment will start in “Pending” status but will shortly transition to “Success”.
