Steps
The CrCardRptLostAdd and EFTCardMod operations to reorder a card or to report a card lost.
EFTCardMod with EFTCardStatType = ReOrderCard can be used to reorder a debit card. This would reissue the card with the same card number and PIN offset. There is no API to order a new credit card, however if an existing credit card was lost or stolen CrCardRptLostAdd can be used to order a replacement.
