Beneficial Owner Search is a jXchange service designed to provide consumers the ability to search for beneficial owners as related to the FinCEN Customer Due Diligence (CDD) regulation requirements.

Steps

  1. User determines the need to search the core system records for beneficial owners of an account or other item.
  2. The user collects the customer identification number (CustID/CIF), the person’s name, tax identifier and tax identification number code to pass in via the BenflOwnSrch operation.
