A customer would like to view all of the collateral items associated with their account.

Steps

  1. Optional: perform a customer search to find their customer account.
  2. Perform a search to find all of the collateral items.
  3. Perform an item inquiry if more detailed information is requested using the CollatItemKey from the search.
