Jack Henry Enterprise Data Privacy and Protection API (EDPP) supports the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

The EDPP API, allows the financial institution to be compliant with the CCPA by verifying the consumer’s identity of who is requesting for information, collecting the information that is stored by Jack Henry and Associates products, and subsequently disclosing the information per the requirement set forth in the CCPA disclosure laws.
