SilverLake DMZ core environment will be down on January 27-28, 2025 for End of Year Maintenance.

January 14, 2025 - End of Year Processing to Occur on DMZ SilverLake Banks

On January 27-28, 2025, JH Support will be conducting end of year (EOY) processing on the DMZ SilverLake core (InstRtId: 011001276 InstEnv:TEST or Ovation).

What does this effect?

  • Access to this core environment will be turned off until the work is completed.
  • All API requests to the core will return an error.
  • This maintenance period will allow us to return the core to regular processing of the end of day (EOD).

When will consumers know that the work is completed?

We will post any updates to the banner shown on all the Enterprise Solutions pages informing consumer of the status of the core during this period.

December 20th, 2024 - Nightly Processing Will Freeze on DMZ SilverLake Banks - UPDATED

Nightly processing for DMZ SilverLake banks 011001276/TEST and 0011001276/Ovation will be paused. This pause will be during the period of January 1st, 2025 - January 28th,2025.

What does this affect?

  • End of day (EOD) processing will not occur.
  • Hard posting of transactions will not occur.
  • ODI Data will not refresh
  • System date will be frozen to show 2025/01/01.

November 5th, 2024 - jXchangeHdr Validation Requirements Change in DMZ

When: Effective April 30, 2025

What: All JX SOAP API calls transmitted through the jxdmz.jackhenry.com (DMZ) environment will undergo validation on the jXchangeHdr object. To avoid errors post-validation, please ensure your requests include the following elements:

  • jXLogTrackingId
  • InstRtId
  • InstEnv
  • BusCorrelId
  • ValidConsmName
  • ValidConsmProd

Although the schema definition does not explicitly list these elements as required, they are essential for the jXchange Service Gateway to accurately route and track messages from API consumers.
