TotDocCntTotal Count of Statements or Documents included in a batch. <TotDocCnt> is not necessarily the total of <DocCnt> + <PrtDocCnt> + <CDDocCnt> as a statement or document could be included in more than one group. An example might be that an FI’s customer might want their statement delivered electronically and also delivered on a Compact Disc. In this example, DocCnt equals 1 and CDDocCnt equals 1 and TotDocCnt would also equal 1.
