Required Additional Support Steps for CIF 20/20 and SilverLake
To enable the EES event 20040 within a CIF 20/20 or SilverLake bank environment, a For Clients Portal case is required to be opened by the bank and then routed to CPS Support requesting a custom change to program ATEE20040T.
