Overview
In Digital Core, all customer-related information is stored within an entity. This entity record is used across various applications, including demand deposit systems, to ensure consistent and accurate customer information.
An entity in Digital Core functions like a Customer Information File (CIF) in Silverlake or a member record in Symitar. It serves as the central profile that identifies and tracks a customer or member throughout Digital Core.
