mbraddrnumber	This field value is unique within each Member Address record. This means that you can use the ADDR Number field as a unique identification of a specific record. Symitar Quest automatically assigns the ADDR Number field value when the record is created, and it cannot be changed. The value is a positive number greater than zero	NULLABLE	STRING
addrcreatedate	When the Member Address record is created, Symitar Quest updates the ADDR Creation Date field with the current system date	NULLABLE	DATE
addrfmlastdate	This field stores the date of the last file maintenance to the Member Address record. Symitar Quest updates this field with the system date whenever you perform file maintenance of the Member Address record	NULLABLE	DATE
addrexpdate	Use this field to store an expiration date for the Member Address record. The Purge Member Processing batch program uses this field and other purge criteria to determine whether the Member Address record is eligible for the purge	NULLABLE	DATE
addrrecordchangedate	Symitar Quest enters this date when a user changes a field value on the Member Address record from the Member Address record. If the user changes a field on the Name record that results in a change to the corresponding field on the Member Address record, the ADDR Record Change Date field is not updated	NULLABLE	DATE
addrdisconnectdate	Symitar Quest enters this date when a Member Address record is no longer linked with any Name records after a merger. The Member Address record retains FM history. The ADDR Disconnect Date field is used to purge these Member Address records when you run the Purge Member Processing batch program	NULLABLE	DATE
extraaddress	Enter additional information that should be saved with the address of the person identified in the Member Address record. Additional information includes an apartment number, a suite number, the building name, etc	NULLABLE	STRING

zipcode	For an Address Type field equal to (0) Domestic Address, enter a ZIP Code in standard format (00000 or 00000-0000, including the hyphen). If you enter a ZIP Code that is not valid for the specified state, or if you enter a ZIP Code in an invalid format, an error message appears	NULLABLE	STRING
carrierroute	Enter the carrier route number (up to 4 characters) for the person identified in the linked Member record	NULLABLE	STRING
addresstype	When you perform file maintenance on the Member Address record, if you change the Address Type field value from (1) Foreign Address or (2) Foreign Address Zip Last to (0) Domestic Address, Symitar Quest replaces the contents of the Country and Country Code fields with blanks. When the Address Type field is set to (0) Domestic Address, the Country and Country Code fields cannot be modified	NULLABLE	INTEGER

addrfmlastpurgedate	This field stores the date through which file maintenance history for Member Address records was last purged by the Purge Transaction Processing batch program. Whenever file maintenance history is purged, Symitar Quest updates this field with a date calculated by subtracting one day from the date entered at the Save FM History From prompt. You cannot manually update this field	NULLABLE	DATE
mbraddrfiletype	Only Symitar Quest uses this field, so it is not displayed and it cannot be changed through file maintenance. The values for this field are:	NULLABLE	INTEGER
headquarters	This field indicates if the record pertains to the entity's main base of operations or headquarters	NULLABLE	INTEGER
mbraddrversionid		NULLABLE	INTEGER
